Coach Kayla Bailey (14U)
I have been coached/skilled by many influential mentors and athletes through my years with little league, fast pitch, and collegiate fast pitch. When I found out at a young age the extent of passion I felt for this game, I knew I wanted to do whatever necessary to be a collegiate player. When I became a collegiate player and graduated, I knew now that my next step would be giving back what I have learned and experienced and be as influential as my mentors and coaches before me.
My coaching philosophy dials down to two things: Education and mental strength.
You can teach over and over the mechanics and give players tools to be successful physically, but what defers a good athlete to a great athlete is mental toughness. I believe I was only as great as my mind allowed me to be.

Due to the COVID pandemic, our spring season was cut short. My last at bat as a collegiate athlete was a grand slam to end my senior season as a collegiate student athlete.
