Blackout Morton-12U finished the weekend 6-2 and second place overall at Spring Fling 12U Tourney that was held in Medford, Oregon.
Weekend Summary
The Southern Oregon Blackout 12U Morton team played hard and balled out against the other teams in the tournament over the weekend playing a total of 8 games and finishing with a 6-2 record and runner up to very solid Sherwood Fireball 12U team.
 In the championship round, the number one seed  Sherwood Fireball 12U team and Blackout Morton 14U were slated to do battle again . Once again, the fireballs solid pitching effort held the Blackout bats to 1 run to claim the championship trophy winning 5-1.
You could say it was a great weekend for all the Southern Oregon Blackout teams as they all showed up and represented the organization well.
